Have you spoken with the Chronomics health experts? Victoria was especially great and I’m working with her on my health and wellness plan at the moment. I’m feeling really positive about my healthier lifestyle and hopefully it has an impact on reducing my bio age too!
Dani was also really helpful when I spoke to him as I was struggling to understand the science behind this. I found it really reassuring as my biological age is the same as my actual age but am keen to make lifestyle changes to reduce this before my next test. This feels a very powerful tool to monitor my health and wellness directly from my DNA.
